Comedy :: The Continental, in association with Urban Comedy, features The Comedy Lounge every month.

Word Soup :: is "a monthly Live Lit night held in the New Continental Arts Space in Broadgate and organised by They Eat Culture and the Preston Writing Network."

Beer Festivals :: Simply wonderful and driven by a deep knowledge and love of all things ale, cider and brew crafty. With added live music.

Which, at the time of writing (a hazy-bright Preston morning in early September 2009), still leaves the Tweet-Ups, Blogging, Ear Whacks, the exhibited and for sale art works and hosted Business events to be added.

The Continental's events are programmed and organized by They Eat Culture - a Preston based arts organization.
